FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM

tHE aCADEMY STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING BELIEVES THAT WITH PROPER FORM COMES STRENGTH AND SUCCESS. wiTHOUT a stable foundation and understanding in the movements taught, an athlete cannot safely move forward in their fitness journey without limitations.

with that being said, the academy strength and conditioning requires all new athletes to go through a specialty fundamentals program where the athlete will be taught and prepared to take on physical and technical movements with confidence and strength!

CROSSFIT GROUP CLASSES

at the aCADEMY, WE OFFER A VARIETY OF CROSSFIT CLASSES THROUGHOUT MONDAY - SATURDAY. WE UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE IS HECTIC AND SCHEDULES GET BUSY, THIS IS WHY WE OFFER CLASS TIMES GEARED TOWARDS ALL TYPES OF SCHEDULEs. WHETHER YOU WORK THE NIGHT SHIFT, have biology class in the morning, OR HAVE TO PICK the KIDS FROM SCHOOL, WE HAVE A CLASS TIME FOR YOU!

monday - friday:
5:30am | 7:00am | 9:00am
12:00pm | 4:00pm | 5:30pm | 6:30pm

saturday:
9:00am | 10:00 - 12:00pm open gym

Along with our PERSONAL TRAINING options AND GROUP CLASSES, WE also OFFER BOTH SEASONAL AND ONGOING SPECIALTY PROGRAMS FOR MEMBERS WHO ARE LOOKING TO WORK ON THEIR WEAKNESSES, and/OR FOR MEMBERS WHO JUST WANT TO MIX IT UP A BIT.

FACILITY

at the academy, we take pride in our well kept equipment, our spacious gym layout, and the cleanliness of our facility. 

we understand the importance of keeping a clean gym and making sure all of our members feel comfortable with the condition of our facility.

at the academy, our members enjoy the natural light from our three large bay doors, our convenient shower for those who need to be prepared to go to work directly after a wod, and we mostly enjoy our big a** fan that keeps us cool during the summer.

THE STRENGTH IN OUR FACILITY LIES IN OUR COMMUNITY. FROM BBQS TO CHRISTMAS PARTIES, TO FITNESS COMPETITIONS, OUR MEMBERS ARE MORE THAN JUST FITNESS JUNKIES...they are FAMILY.

WE want every member to feel welcomed the moment they step into our gym, knowing that they have just gained a community of support, friendship, and accountability.

The friendships that are made in the gym and carried out beyond a workout are some of the strongest bonds we've seen. we not only love our gym for the great workouts, but because long lasting friendships are made from the get go.

BENCHMARKS

We have physical benchmarks that we introduce to our members the moment they begin their fundamental classes. BENCHMARKS ARE A WAY TO MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS SO WE KNOW WHEN YOU’RE READY FOR GROUP CLASSES. AND ONCE YOU’RE IN GROUP CLASSES, BENCHMARKS CONTINUE TO ALLOW US TO ASSESS YOUR DEVELOPMENT.

Not only are benchmark workouts a great way for our trainers to assess your athletic abilities, but it is also a great way to see how far you've come down the road! We believe in setting and chasing after goals and benchmark workouts do just that.

Complete your benchmarks, record your scores, and retest a few months down the road. You'll be amazed at the amount of progress you'll achieve in that amount of time with us.
