Well that was a fun little Emom today. My butt is still on 🔥 I think!

I have to give a huge shout out to our Barbell Club. They came out tonight swinging!!! Ever single person set a new PR! The numbers were absolutely huge for some! I'm talking 10-25# and little miss Daisee hit a body weight clean and jerk for a 12# pr! I can't tell you how proud of them I am for all their hard work! Dates for the next session will be coming out soon! Come join us. You won't regret it!
