Awesome way to start the week everyone!

Congrats to our Barbell Club members today. We had 6 new PR's and several pr ties tonight in out max out Snatch session! I couldn't be more proud of all of them! Wednesday they will max out their Clean and Jerk and I know they are going absolutely crush it. 6:30pm if anyone wants to cheer them on!!
