18 Kettlebell Deadlifts 24/16KG per hand (Partner Must hold plank on elbows)
15 Abmat Situps (Partner Hold Kbs in farmers hold)
12 Wall Balls (Partner Holds Wall Sit)
9 Dips (Partner Holds Handstand against wall)
*Partner 1 does KB DLs while partner 2 holds plank, they switch, partner 2 does KB DLs while partner 1 Holds plank. Then they move to the next movement, proceeding in this fashion for the duration of the workout.
